Your Account

To use ChirpLog, you need to sign up for an account. You must give us correct info. You must also keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else knows your password, let us know right away.

The ChirpLog Widget

We provide a chat widget script. You can put this script on your website to chat with your visitors and log bug tickets. By doing this, you agree that:

• You will tell your visitors in your own privacy policy that you use ChirpLog.
• You will explain to your visitors that the widget collects their details like IP address, browser type, and messages.
• You will not use the widget to collect credit cards, passwords, or other highly private info from your visitors.
• You will not use our widget to spam, trick, or harm anyone.

Payment and Subscription Plans

We have free and paid plans. If you choose a paid plan, we charge your credit card automatically. We bill you every month or every year, depending on the plan you select. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will keep using the paid features until your current billing period ends. We do not offer refunds unless we made an error on your bill.

Who Owns What

You own all the messages, chats, settings, and bug reports that your visitors send you. We do not own your customer data. However, you give us permission to host, store, and display this data for you and your team.

We own the ChirpLog website, software, widgets, code, and logos. You cannot copy, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our software.

Data Protection and GDPR

For the info you collect from your visitors through our widget, you are the "Data Controller" and we are the "Data Processor." This means you decide how to handle visitor info, and we only store and handle it based on your instructions. We protect this data with security steps. We do not use your visitor data for our own marketing. We also do not sell it to anyone.

Ending Your Account

You can delete your account at any time in your settings. If you delete it, we will erase your data. We can also pause or close your account if you break these terms or use ChirpLog for illegal actions.

Liability Limit

We try our best to keep ChirpLog online and running fast. However, we cannot promise the service will be perfect or always online. We are not responsible for any money you lose, lost sales, or other problems you face if our service stops working.
