2. ChirpLog Customers

When you sign up for a ChirpLog account, we collect:

3. Visitors of our Customers' Websites

When our customers put the ChirpLog widget on their sites, we collect details from their visitors on their behalf. This includes:

• Chat messages and bug reports sent through the widget.
• The visitor's IP address, country, and local time.
• The web pages they view and how they move through the customer's site.
• Browser type and computer details.

How We Use This Info

We use this info to:

• Run and maintain your ChirpLog account.
• Show you the chat logs and bug tickets from your visitors.
• Process your subscription payments.
• Send you emails about account updates or billing.
• Fix bugs and make our service run better.

We do not sell this info to any third party.

Data Sub-processors

We work with third-party companies to help us run our service. For example, we use companies for hosting our servers, backing up databases, and processing payments. These companies get details only to do their specific jobs. We make sure they protect your details and do not share them.

If you are a visitor of one of our customers' websites, please contact that customer directly to make these requests. Since they control the data, they will ask us to delete or change the details on our servers, and we will do it for them.

If you are a direct ChirpLog customer, you can update your details in your account settings or email us at privacy@chirplog.com to delete your account.

Security

We use strong encryption to protect all messages, customer details, and database backups. While we do our absolute best to keep everything safe, no internet transmission is ever completely secure.
